If you are located outside Metro areas we can still deliver to you.

Delivery Terms & Conditions: 

It is your responsibility to be available at the nominated address to receive your delivery or have someone else available otherwise redelivery charges may apply. If you unpack your purchase & find any issues we require you to keep the original packaging so that the item may be returned back to our supplier. If you change your mind once your product has been delivered to our warehouse a 20% restocking fee applies; this is passed on from our suppliers & not something Swish Furniture, Gifts & Homewares has control over.  

Payment:

All prices are displayed and processed as AUD.
Payment methods include credit card types as shown and Paypal.
We must receive full payment prior to dispatch.

Internal Shipping:

We do not offer international shipping at this stage.

Dispatch:

All Australian orders are dispatched from our Store / Warehouse in Sydney during business hours 9am-5pm Monday – Friday using Transdirect. 

Orders are dispatched within 1 – 3 business days from receipt of your order, depending on product availability and only during weekday business hours.

Please note: Dispatch time is provided as a guideline. Dispatch time can increase during busy periods e.g. sales, Christmas.

Standard Delivery: 

2 – 4 business days for delivery to: NSW, VIC, ACT
4 – 7 business days for delivery to: SA, WA, NT, QLD, TAS

We send parcels within Australia using Registered post by Transdirect & Australia Post and delivery will be attempted during normal business hours. A signature will be required upon delivery. If a signature can not be obtained, the parcel will be left in a safe place.

Authority to Leave: 

Please let us know in the comments section on checkout if you would like your parcel left on your property if you are not home. Swish Furniture, Gifts & Homewares takes no responsibility if your parcel goes missing from your property or is damaged as a result of leaving it in an unsafe location. Please specify a safe place to leave the parcel that is protected from passers by and the weather.

Delivery Status & Tracking:

Customers are emailed a tracking code when their order is dispatched that can be entered into the Transdirect OR Australia Post website. You may enquire about the current status and delivery whereabouts of your order at any time after placing your order.
