Return & Exchange Policy For Homewares, Gifts & Other Items

For Furniture & Custom Ordered Products please refer to our "FURNITURE & CUSTOM ORDERED TERMS & CONDITIONS POLICY".
We DO NOT Offer Exchanges OR Refunds with Furniture & Customer Orders. A Custom Order is defined as a product which is specifically made for you OR a product which is ordered in from our supplier on your behalf. 
For all other products please read below: 
  1. No Refunds. We Offer Credit Note OR Exchange within 14 Days of purchasing the product.
  2. Item’s may be exchanged with original receipt within 14 days of receipt of purchase if in original condition with all tags attached.
  3. For all returns please email us at within 14 days of receipt of purchase alongside a reason for the exchange/ return of your item.
  4. Products purchased with AfterpayNo Refunds. If Change of mind or exchange, you will be refunded the transaction amount minus a 6% fee when paying with Afterpay, 1.75% fee via Shopify payments and 2.6% fee when paying with PayPal.
  5. If your items arrives faulty or damaged please email and within 72 hours from signature of your delivery. You must include description and/or images of damage. Email:
  6. If deemed faulty or damaged, once your return has been received we will exchange or refund you by the original purchaser’s payment method.
  7. We do not offer returns on sale items unless faulty, damaged or incorrect.
  8. For damaged items, upon receiving we will assess the items and if it satisfies our requirements we will offer an exchange or refund.
  9. Return shipping must be prepaid via traceable method (we recommend registered post) to ensure safe and documented delivery.
  10. Swish Furniture, Gifts & Homewares does not accept responsibility of customer sent return or exchange packages; so it is advised that when shipping returns or exchanges that meet the above required criteria, customers should select a service that provides tracking.

Whilst we bring to you a wide selection of online products stocked by Swish Furniture, Gifts & Homewares, they may not all be available at our retail store. We encourage you to contact the store to check product availability before visiting. We make every attempt to ensure that all online prices are correct and match our retail store prices, unless otherwise stated. We will not be held liable for any inaccuracy of prices, product titles or descriptions.

    2. E-Gift Cards can be redeemed for goods only at to the value loaded onto your Swish Furniture, Gifts & Homewares gift voucher by entering the E-Gift card’s code number when prompted at checkout. Any value redeemed is deducted from the Swish Furniture & Homewares gift voucher balance.
  1. E-Gift Cards can be used for one or multiple transactions until the amount on the card is used.
  2. E- Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for an in-store card.

  4. In store Swish Furniture & Homewares gift vouchers are only redeemable in the physical store and (not online,) on one or multiple visits.
  5. Swish Furniture, Gifts & Homewares in store Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for an online E-Gift Card.
  6. All Swish Gift Vouchers have an unlimited expiry date from date issued.
  7. Swish Furniture, Gifts & Homewares gift vouchers activate when purchased.
  8. Once you purchase a Swish Furniture & Homewares gift voucher you cannot subsequently add value to it.
  9. You must treat your Swish Furniture & Homewares gift voucher like cash. We have no obligation to replace or refund value for lost or stolen gift vouchers.
  10. We reserve the right to place a stop on Swish Furniture & Homewares gift voucher if:
    1. you report that your Swish Furniture & Homewares gift voucher has been lost or stolen; or

If we discover price errors, they will be corrected on our systems, and the corrected price will apply to your order. If you do not wish to proceed with your order you will be refunded in full under our Satisfaction Guarantee.


Swish Furniture, Gifts & Homewares requires full payment prior to ordering goods. Orders will not be processed and goods released until full payment is received. 

Clearance Items:  

The ownership of clearance items does not pass to the consumer until payment has been made in full. Floor stock & Clearance items cannot be held pending payment due to their limited nature.
