All prices are displayed and processed as AUD.
Payment methods include credit card types as shown and Paypal.
We must receive full payment prior to dispatch.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this stage.

Dispatch

All Australian orders are dispatched from the Swish warehouse in Sydney during business hours 9am-5pm Monday – Friday using Sendle.

Orders are dispatched within 1 – 3 business days from receipt of your order, depending on product availability and only during weekday business hours.

Please note: Dispatch time is provided as a guideline. Dispatch time can increase during busy periods e.g. sales, Christmas.

Standard Delivery

2 – 4 business days for delivery to: NSW, VIC, ACT
4 – 7 business days for delivery to: SA, WA, NT, QLD, TAS

We send parcels within Australia using Registered post by Sendle and delivery will be attempted during normal business hours. A signature will be required upon delivery. If a signature can not be obtained, the parcel will be left in a safe place.

Authority to leave

Please let us know in the comments section on checkout if you would like your parcel left on your property if you are not home. Swish Furniture & Homewares takes no responsibility if your parcel goes missing from your property or is damaged as a result of leaving it in an unsafe location. Please specify a safe place to leave the parcel that is protected from passers by and the weather.

Delivery status & tracking

Customers are emailed a tracking code when their order is dispatched that can be entered into the Sendle website. You may enquire about the current status and delivery whereabouts of your order at any time after placing your order.
